摘要
建立一种同时检测白酒中安赛蜜、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜的高效液相色谱检测方法,并对佳木斯地区白酒样品进行检测。样品经前处理,以甲醇:0.02M乙酸铵(V/V)=20:80做为流动相,选用wondasil C-18柱,在220nm波长下检测,该方法定量限0.05mg/L;样品回收率分别为安赛蜜100.25%~104.12%、糖精钠98.25%~99.25%、阿斯巴甜100.27%~100.40%;相对标准偏差分别为:0.77%~3.57%;0%~0.50%;0.41%~1.69%此方法前处理简单,操作简便,具有较好的准确性和重复性。
