白酒中三种甜味剂测定的高效液相色谱检测 被引量:2

摘要 建立一种同时检测白酒中安赛蜜、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜的高效液相色谱检测方法,并对佳木斯地区白酒样品进行检测。样品经前处理,以甲醇:0.02M乙酸铵(V/V)=20:80做为流动相,选用wondasil C-18柱,在220nm波长下检测,该方法定量限0.05mg/L;样品回收率分别为安赛蜜100.25%~104.12%、糖精钠98.25%~99.25%、阿斯巴甜100.27%~100.40%;相对标准偏差分别为:0.77%~3.57%;0%~0.50%;0.41%~1.69%此方法前处理简单,操作简便,具有较好的准确性和重复性。 Simultaneous Determination Of Three Sweeteners in Liquor by high Performance Liquid Chromatography Jiamusi quality and technical supervision inspection and testing center Abstract: A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the si- multaneous separation and determination of acesulfame sodium succharin an aspartame in a single injection was developed and used to detect the three sweeteners in jiamusi samples pretrcated were detected by hplc the Hplc conditions were as fllow:flowing phasc methanol : 0.02Mammonium ace late (20:80) wondasil C-18column and 220nm the loq was 0.05 mg/L the recovery were: 96.25 %-99.25 %;99.50 %-100.25 %98.23 %-99.51% The relative standard deviation were respectively,the method was precise ,accurate and convenient .
