新型高温超导体Y_3Ba_5Cu_8O_(18)的合成和磁性研究

摘要 本文采用一种简单的柠檬酸盐热分解法制备了新型高温超导Y_3Ba_5Cu_8O_(18)材料。差热/热重分析表明,其前驱体退火温度须在830℃以上才能得到纯相Y3Ba5Cu8O18超导体。室温磁性和低温磁性数据揭示,所制备的样品具有室温铁磁性,其超导转变温度在91-94℃左右。低温下场冷却曲线向上翻转,预示低温下样品可能存在超导和磁性共存的现象。
