摘要
出口水喷淋挤干辊为首钢迁钢冷轧连退机组的重控设备。对出口水啧淋挤干辊的工作原理及日常故障做了重点分析，并提出相关改进措施。为延长挤干辊的在线使用寿命奠定了理论基础。对其他钢厂的同类设备具有一定的借鉴意义。
The Exports spray drying rolls is the major control equipment for the Continuous anneal line in cold-steel factory. This paper analyzes the working principle and the daily breakdown of the Exports spray drying rolls and comes up with the improvement measures. It has laid the theoretical basis for the stable operation of prolonging the Exports spray drying roils online life performance. It＇s a reference for the similar units of other steel mills.
