一种新型法兰衬塑复合钢管自动化生产线介绍

摘要 浙江金洲管道科技股份有限公司基于中频加热技术在法兰衬塑复合钢管翻边领域的研发,成功摸索出适合工厂化生产的工艺路线。通过基于总线原理的集中控制系统,将新型法兰衬塑翻边机构与本公司研发设计的中频衬塑铜管自动化生产线整合,设计并制造出具有国内一流水平的新型法兰衬塑复合钢管自动化生产线.该生产线率先实现了法兰翻边工艺的自动化应用,降低了生产劳动强度,提高了能源利用率,有利于本产业的自动化升级。 Based on the research and development for the flanging process in MF heating of lined plastic pipe with flange, our company has successfully fonnd a method that is suitable for factory production. By the central control system on Bus working principle, integrated the organization of new flanging with onr explored and designed automatic production line for MF heating lined plastic pipe, we designed and manufactured a new and national leading autotnatic production line for lined plastic pipe with flange, It takes the lead in realizing the automatic process for flanging, reducing production labor intensity and improving energy utilization rate, which can help the industry upgrade.
