光散射法测定中药微粉粒度与粒度分布

Determination of Particle Size and Particle Size Distribution of Chinese Medicine Powder by Light Scattering Method

本文对中药微粉的定义及粒径界定进行了阐述。探索了光散射法测定中药微粉粒度与粒度分布的可行性,比较了不同测定方法和不同仪器设备的差异性,分别采用干湿两法、通过3种仪器,对两种中药微粉测定进行了比较。经测定:干法和湿法测定结果均符合标准规定,两种样品干湿两法的测定结果均差异不大。结果显示,针对这两种样品,目前制定的质量标准采用干法测定,方法适用。

In this paper, the definition of traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine powder and the definition of its panicle size weredescribed. In order to verify the feasibility of light scattering method for the determination of grain size and particle size distribution oftraditional Chinese medicine ultrafine powder, the difference between two different determination methods and different instrumentswas compared. According to the quality standards, results of dry and wet determination were in line with the standard requirements,and the difference between the two methods was not significant. The results showed that the quality standard determined by drymethodwas applicable.
