不同方法治疗突发性耳聋的疗效比较

Comparison on therapeutic effect of different methods in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的探讨不同方法治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法选取突发性耳聋患者78例为研究对象,根据患者临床治疗方法将其分成治疗组(药物高压氧治疗联合心理护理干预)和对照组(单纯药物治疗),每组39例。以两组患者实施不同治疗后的听力提高值和临床综合疗效为观察指标。结果治疗组听力提高值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.026,P=0.000);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.705,P=0.003)。结论突发性耳聋采用药物高压氧治疗联合心理护理干预,整体效果显著,可作为突发性耳聋理想治疗方式。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of different methods on sudden deafness.Methods Seventy-eight patients with the sudden deafness were selected as the subjects and they were divided into the treatment group（ medication combined with hyperbaric oxygen and psychological nursing intervention） and the control group（ only the medication） according to the different clinical treatments,with 39 cases in each group. The improved hearing and comprehensive clinical effect after the treatment were observed. Results The improved hearing of the patients in treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was significant（ t = 8. 0259,P = 0. 0000）; the total effective rate of the patients in treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was significant（ χ~2= 8. 7054,P = 0. 0032）. Conclusions During the treatment of sudden deafness,the comprehensive treatment scheme of medication combined with hyperbaric oxygen and psychological nursing intervention has the outstanding effect and it is the ideal method for the sudden deafness therapy.
