复方消化酶联合雷贝拉唑及多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良效果观察

Clinical effect of digestive enzyme eombined with rabeprazole and domperidone on functional dyspepsia

目的探讨复方消化酶联合雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取功能性消化不良患者240例,将其随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组120例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑与多潘立酮治疗,治疗组给予复方消化酶联合雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮治疗。观察两组患者临床效果。结果两组患者临床治疗总有效率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组临床症状缓解率、不良反应发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组成本/有效率显著高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论复方消化酶联合雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮能有效缓解临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of digestive enzyme eombined with rabeprazole and domperidone on functional dyspepsia. Methods Two hundred and forty patients with functional dyspepsia were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 120 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated by rabeprazole and domperidone treatment,and the patients in the treatment group received digestive enzymes combined with rabeprazole and domperidone treatment. The clinical effects of the patients in two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups（ P 0. 05）;the clinical remission rate and incidence rate of adverse events in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were significant（ P 0. 05）; the cost and effective rate of the control group significantly were higher than those of the treatment group（ P 0. 05）.Conclusions Digestive enzymes combined with rabeprazole and domperidone can effectively relieve symptoms. It is worthy of clinical application.
