Marxist philosophy of law is the answer to ＂ what is law ＂ and the foundation of nomology. As the theoretical basis of Marxist law,Marxist philosophy of law is a rational thought that supports the establishment of Marxist law, an important part of Maxi＇s early philosophical thought and the foundation of the existence of the whole Marxist philosophy. Now we analyse the evolution of logic of Marxist Philosophy and sum up their thought essence in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of contemporary socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.
