转型期中国涉农婚姻问题研究

Study on She-Nong Marriage in Today's China

涉农婚姻是个庞杂艰深的社会课题,它涵盖了城乡分化、两性权利的较量、婆媳间的代际矛盾,现代与传统婚姻理念的冲突等诸多问题。这其中既有处理具体事务引发的矛盾,也有理念之间的争执,更有因城乡分化引发的不同国民待遇问题。本文在分析基础上提出转变由"嫁娶"到"结婚"的观念,厘清大家族与小家庭的概念,以双赢为化解冲突的准则,同时取消户籍与社会福利的捆绑,完善中介组织的服务功能作为解决涉农婚姻问题的对策。

The marriage related to agriculture is a complex social subject, which concludes,relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, women＇ s rights and some other idea conflicts.There are contradictions in dealing with specific affairs and disputes between ideas, and also some treatment problems caused by Urban and Rural differentiation.Based on analysis this article comes up with some changed ideas,clarifies the concept of the big family and the small family,take a win-win solution to conflicts as a principle,at the same time,cancels the binding of household registration and social welfare and improves the service function of intermediary organizations as the countermeasures to solve the problem.
