摘要
针对液相本体聚合法聚丙烯装置的工艺特点和过程控制需求,设计了浓度控制器、质量控制器、产量控制器和牌号切换控制策略。基于先进控制软件APC-Suite建立了聚丙烯装置先进控制系统。工业应用结果表明:先进控制系统可提高生产装置的氢气浓度、环管密度,产品质量等关键工艺指标的平稳性,减少牌号切换时间,降低操作人员劳动强度,进而获得显著的经济效益。
According to the process characteristics and control requirements of the polypropylene unit with liquid phase bulk polymerization, the concentration controller, quality controller, production rate controller and grade switching control strategy have been designed. The advanced process control system of polypropylene unit was established by advanced control software APC-Suite. Industrial application results showed that the APC system can improve stability of the key process parameters, such as concentration of hydrogen, ring tube density and product quality of the unit, reduce the grade transition time and labor intensity, and achieve significant economic benefits.
