摘要
以某市污水处理厂产生的市政污泥作为处理对象,利用超临界水氧化技术对其进行无害化处理,并基于流程模拟软件Aspen Plus建立了污泥超临界水氧化工艺的整体稳态模型,基于该工艺模型并结合实验数据建立了6t/d规模的污泥超临界水氧化中试装置。试验装置运行数据与模型计算结果对比发现,该模型能够较好地吻合试验运行数据,验证了该模型为超临界水氧化工艺设计及优化提供数据支持的可行性。
Based on the process simulation software Aspen Plus, established the steady state model of the whole process of sludge supercritical water oxidation. A 6 t/h scale sludge supercritical water oxidation pilot plant was established with the model and experimental data. Compared with the calculated data, the experimental results show that the model can be used to match the experimental data, which verifies the feasibility of providing the data support for the design and optimization of the supercritical water oxidation process.
