摘要
随着教育改革的发展,探索切实可行的、能有效提升青年教师能力的途径,建立全面化、系统化、规范化的青年教师培养体系迫在眉睫,长春中医药大学对青年教师按照教龄分为入职适应阶段、巩固提高阶段和稳定发展阶段,每一阶段均采取各有侧重的综合措施进行培养和考核。通过这种阶段性的教学能力培养,青年教师不但提高了教学水平,而且积极参与教学研究与改革,也促进了教学质量的提高。
With the development of reform in education, exploring practical and effective ways to enhance theability of young teachers and establishing a comprehensive, systematic and standardized training system areextremely urgent. According to the teaching ages of young teachers, Changchun University of Chinese Medicinedivided teaching ages into vocational adaptation stage, consolidating and improving stage and stable developmentstage for young teachers. Comprehensive measures are taken at each stage to train and assess young teachers. Bythe staged training of teaching ability, teaching level of young teachers' is improved. They also actively take part inteaching research and reform and their teaching quality is promoted.
