基于研究生综合素质提升的学术沙龙平台建设实践与创新——以上海中医药大学附属龙华医院为例

Construction of academic salon platform for promoting comprehensive quality of postgraduates:taking Longhua Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example

介绍上海中医药大学附属龙华医院举办研究生学术沙龙协会10年来的实践经验,总结了保障沙龙活动顺利开展的组织管理长效机制。对近10年学术沙龙活动内容进行统计,凸显了该学术平台建设的特点及创新点。通过调研总结了龙华医院学术沙龙平台对研究生学术能力提升、对学生综合素养培养起到的积极影响,进而体现在中医学研究生中开展学术沙龙活动的必要性。

The practical experiences of academic salon for postgraduates for 10 years were introduced in LonghuaHospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and long-term management mechanismwas summed up. The activity content was counted in recent 10 years and characteristics and innovative points inconstruction of this academic salon were highlighted. The positive influence of academic salon platform onpostgraduates＇ academic ability enhancement and comprehensive quality cultivation were studied and summarized.It is necessary to carry out academic salon activities in TCM postgraduates.
