Influence mechanism of six-character formula on mental health in college students

摘要 随着社会竞争日益激烈,抑郁、焦虑的情绪普遍影响大学生,健身气功作为本土心理辅导技术,对人的心理情感有积极影响。六字诀是健身气功的一种,因练习方便、简单易学、运动量小、按病练习,十分适合压力大和身体虚弱的大学生学习。从心理学和中医学两方面探讨对大学生身心健康的影响,并分析六字诀与脏腑关系,根据大学生不同心理出现的症状,施以不同的练习,达到调适大学生心理健康的目标。 Along with social competition is increasingly fierce, the emotion of depression and anxiety cause greatinfluence on college students. Health qigong exercises, as Chinese psychological counseling technology, havepositive impact on human mental emotion. Six-character formula is one of health qigong exercises, which isconvenient to exercise, very easy to learn, and can be exercised according illnesses, so it is well suited for studentswith high pressure and frail students. The effects of six-character formula on physical and mental health areinvestigated from the aspects of psychology and TCM, and the relationship between six-character formula and zang-fu organs is analyzed. The different exercises of six-character formula are taught to students according to theirmental symptoms for accommodating their mentality.
