手工核移植技术之优势及相关技术研究进展

The Related Technology Research Progress and Advantage on Handmade Cloning

手工核移植技术是近几年来出现的新技术,操作简单易学,又不需要昂贵的仪器设备,在很多方面都优于传统核移植技术,胚胎发育率甚至高于传统核移植技术。该方法的成功大大简化了核移植程序,显著提高了核移植总效率和生产力。笔者对手工核移植技术的研究现状、技术优势、该技术目前存在问题以及应用前景等方面进行了系统综述,并对手工核移植技术的未来发展进行了展望。

handmade cloning technique was a new method in recent years. It was easy to learn and did not require expensive equipment, which was superior to traditional nuclear transplantation in many ways, and even higher than the traditional nuclear transfer in embryo development rate. The application of handmade cloning greatly simplified the procedure and improved the overall efficiency and produc- tivity of nuclear transfer. In this review, we systematically summarized the recent advances, operational procedures, technical advan- tages, related technology research, the existing problems and application prospect of HMC, as well as prospected the development of the handmade cloning in future.
