摘要
给水泵电机是火电厂汽水循环系统的重要设备,它的失效会对锅炉用水产生严重影响,并直接影响发电厂的正常运行。文章分析了给水泵电机温升高的原因,确认是冷却器换热效果差,导致了定子线圈温升值偏高。在更换冷却器的基管和改换热翅片为波纹型后,有效的降低了给水泵电机温升值,保证了发电设备正常运行。
The feed water pump, as one of important equipments in the steam water circulating system in the thermal power plant, the failure of which directly affected the normal operation. Cause of the high temperature-rise of the feed water pump motor was analyzed. The poor exchange efficiency of the cooler resulted in the high temperature-rise of the stator coil in the feed water pump motor.Replacement of the basic materials of the cooler as well as the replacement of heat exchange fin of the cooler from flat to corrugated type reduced the temperature-rise, guaranteeing the normal operation of the generating plant.
