摘要 25Cr2Ni4MoV材料是汽轮发电机转轴使用的主要材料,通常采用拉伸试验对其强度进行检验,但实际生产中往往会用损伤较小的硬度试验来替代拉伸试验。文章通过一系列的试验比对得到了25Cr2Ni4MoV材料拉伸强度与硬度之间的拟合关系式,其可接受程度可达99.5%以上,比传统标准中所提供的对照表更为准确。 Strength of the 25Cr2Ni4MoV, one of main materials used to manufacture the shaft of turbine generators, usually was inspected by means of the tension test.However, the tension test would be replaced by the hardness test which resulted in less damage during actual production.Fitted relationship between strength and hardness of the 25Cr2Ni4MoV was gained through a series of comparison tests. This fitted relationship was more precise than the check list published in the traditional standard, with high acceptable level greater than 99.5%.
