BAP1与间皮瘤的相关性研究

Research progress in the correlation between BAP1 and mesothelioma

BRCA1相关蛋白1(BRCA1-associated protein1,BAP1)基因定位于人染色体3p21,编码的90 k D的蛋白。BAP1具有泛素羧基末端水解酶(ubiquitin carboxyl hydrolase,UCH)活性,参与细胞周期调控和染色质修饰。目前BAP1突变相关肿瘤谱包括与葡萄膜黑色素瘤、间皮瘤、皮肤黑色素瘤、肾透明细胞癌,本文将就BAP1与间皮瘤的关系进行综述。

BAP1（BRCA1-associated protein 1） gene is located in human chromosome 3 p21,encoding a protein of 90 k D.BAP1 has UCH（ubiquitin carboxyl hydrolase） activity,which is involved in cell cycle regulation and chromatin modification.At present,the tumor spectrum associated with BAP1 mutation includes uveal melanoma,mesothelioma,skin melanoma and renal clear cell carcinoma.This article reviewed the relationship between BAP1 and mesothelioma.
