盐酸西替利嗪联合葡萄糖酸钙、维生素C等治疗急慢性荨麻疹的疗效

Clinical effect of cetirizine hydrochloride,calcium gluconate and vitamin C in treating acute or chronic urticaria

目的分析盐酸西替利嗪联合葡萄糖酸钙、维生素C等治疗急慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选择2015-06至2016-12收治的120例急慢性荨麻疹患者,予以盐酸西替利嗪联合葡萄糖酸钙、维生素C等治疗。观察临床疗效及复发率,治疗前后临床症状积分,免疫球蛋白E(IgE),生活质量,及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗急慢性荨麻疹患者总有效率为95.00%,复发率为3.33%。治疗后IgE、风团持续时间、风团数量、风团直径、风团外观、风团发作次数、瘙痒程度、生活质量评分低于治疗前。用药期间,患者均未见不良反应。结论盐酸西替利嗪联合葡萄糖酸钙、维生素C治疗急慢性荨麻疹的疗效肯定,能够促进临床表现的缓解,降低血清IgE浓度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with calcium gluconate and vitamin C in the treatment of acute or chronic urticaria. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute or chronic urticaria were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride,calcium gluconate and vitamin C. The therapeutic effect,rate of recurrence,clinical symptoms integral before and after treatment,immunoglobulin E（ IgE）,quality of life and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate was 95. 00% in patients with acute or chronic urticaria,and the recurrence rate was 3. 33%. IgE,the duration,number,diameter,appearance and frequency of onsets of wheals,the degree of pruritus,and scores of quality of life were all lower after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. There were no adverse reactions during the medication. Conclusions Cetirizine hydrochloride combined calcium gluconate and vitamin C in the treatment of acute or chronic urticaria is effective,which can mitigate clinical symptoms and reduce the serum concentration of IgE.
