非小细胞肺癌治疗前后CT征象与血尿酸水平变化对照分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析不同病理类型非小细胞肺癌的CT征象与治疗前后血尿酸水平变化的规律及其相关性。方法回顾性分析经临床病理证实为非小细胞肺癌,观察病理类型、CT征象与治疗前后血尿酸水平变化的关系,分析治疗前后血尿酸水平变化的差异。结果非小细胞肺癌治疗前血尿酸水平低于治疗后;鳞癌患者治疗前后血尿酸水平均高于腺癌;不同CT征象间血尿酸水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),部分CT征象(分叶征、钙化征)治疗前后血尿酸水平差异显著(P<0.05),其余CT征象(毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征、空泡征、细支气管充气征)治疗前后血尿酸水平无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同病理类型、临床分期肺癌治疗前后患者血尿酸水平有差异;不同CT征象间血尿酸水平无显著差异,非小细胞肺癌治疗前后部分CT征象与血尿酸水平变化有相关性。 Objective To analyze the CT signs of different pathological types of non-small cell lung cancer and the change of serum uric acid level before and after treatment,and to explore the correlation between the imaging signs and the change of serum uric acid level before and after treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by clinical pathology,observed the relationship between the pathological type,CT signs and the changes of serum uric acid level before and after treatment,analysis of the differences between the changes of serum uric acid level before and after treatment,and the correlation between CT signs and serum uric acid level changes. Results The levels of serum uric acid before and after treatment of non-small cell lung cancer were lower than those after treatment. The levels of serum uric acid in patients with squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in patients with adenocarcinoma before and after treatment. There was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between different CT signs( P〉0. 05).there was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between the two groups( P〈0. 05). there was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between the other CT signs( burr sign,pleural indentation sign,vacuole sign and bronchiectasis sign) before and after treatment( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The levels of serum uric acid in patients with different pathological types and clinical stages of lung cancer before and after treatment are different; There was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between different CT signs. There was a correlation between some CT signs and serum uric acid level before and after treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Serum uric acid level can reflect the changes of lung cancer after treatment.
