摘要
为了进一步验证南梁选煤厂煤泥浮选的可行性,进行了煤泥浮选半工业连续分选试验;试验分为低浓度直接浮选和高浓度浮选,通过对入料量、入料浓度、药剂种类、药剂用量等变量的控制,得出在入料浓度80 g/L、起泡剂用量300 g/t、循环压力0.15 MPa、复合药剂FO3用量1.5 kg/t时,浮选尾煤灰分达到88%左右,精煤产率约60%,精煤灰分10.58%。
In order to further verify the feasibility of slime flotation and reduce the risk of future industrial production, the study on pilot test of coal slime flotation has been carried out in Nan Liang coal preparation plant. The experiment was divided into flotation of low concentration and high concentration of direct flotation, and by controlling the feeding amount, feeding concentration, reagent type, reagent dosage and other variables, it can be concluded that under the condition of the feed concentration of 80 g/L, amount of foaming agent 300 g/t, cyclic pressure 0.15 MPa, composite medicament dosage of FO3 1.5 kg/t, the ash content of tail coal is about 88%, the cleaned coal yield is about 60%, the ash of clean coal is 10.58%, and the flotation effect of pilot test is remarkable.
