双锥体三产品重介质旋流器在吕梁山煤电公司选煤厂的应用

Application of 3-product HM cyclone with double cones in the coal preparation plant of Lvliangshan Coal and Power Company

为适应选煤新技术、新工艺的不断发展要求,吕梁山煤电公司选煤厂结合煤质可选性变差的实际情况,采用双锥体三产品旋流器对选煤厂主洗系统进行了分步改造;改造后的运行结果表明:双锥体三产品旋流器分选效果明显优于传统的三产品重介质旋流器。

In view of the raw coal quality change and the continuous development of new technology and new process of coal preparation, after the washablity of raw coal becomes worse, 3-product HM cyclone with double cones is applied in the step-by–step reconstruction project of the main processing system in the coal preparation plant of Lvliangshan Coal and Power Company. Through the analysis and comparison, it is shown that the separation efficiency of the 3-product HM cyclone with double-cone is obviously better than that of the traditional 3-product HM cyclone.
