血管、神经性头痛运用头痛宁胶囊和用谷维素片进行治疗的效果

Vascular Headache by Toutongning Capsule and the Effect of Treatment with Oryzanol Tablets

目的探析头痛宁胶囊与谷维素片联合治疗血管、神经性头痛的效果。方法选择2015年6月-2017年6月血管、神经性头痛患者100例,随机分为观察组、对照组各50例,后组接受尼莫地平片实施治疗,前组接受头痛宁胶囊联合谷维素片治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率74%;观察组治疗结束后每月头痛发作次数以及每次头痛发作持续时间均短于对照组;观察组治疗后4周、8周以及治疗结束后1个月头痛疼痛程度评分均低于对照组;观察组治疗后复发率为4%,对照组复发率18%。结论头痛宁胶囊与谷维素片联合治疗血管、神经性头痛可以更明显帮助患者头痛症状得以缓解,减轻疼痛程度,获得更好的临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the Toutongning capsule combined with Oryzanol Tablets for the treatment of vas- cular headache, effect. Methods The June 2015 -2017 year in June in our hospital 100 cases of patients with vascular headache, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group, Nimodipine Tab- lets after the treatment group received Toutongning capsule combined with Oryzanol Tablets group before treatment, com- pare the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The observation group after treatment, the total effective rate was 90% in the control group, the total efficiency of 74% ; the observation group after treatment of monthly headache ep- isodes and each headache duration is shorter than the control group; the observation group 4 weeks after treatment, the end of the 8 week and 1 months after treatment of headache pain scores were lower than the control group the observation group after treatment; the recurrence rate was 4%, the recurrence rate of the control group 18%. Conclusions Tou- tongning capsule combined with Oryzanol Tablets for the treatment of vascular headache, can significantly help to ease the symptoms of headache, reduce the degree of pain, clinical curative effect better.
