气相介入对伞集流涡轮流量计及阻抗含水率计响应影响 被引量:4

摘要 针对油气水三相流条件下产液剖面测井问题,在大庆油田多相流模拟实验装置上进行三相流条件下阻抗式含水率计的响应规律实验,考察气相介入对伞集流涡轮流量计及阻抗式含水率计流量和含水率测量的影响,得到油气水三相流情况下涡流流量计及阻抗含水率传感器的响应特性。实验结果表明,气相介入对伞集流涡轮流量计及阻抗含水率计测量液相流量和含水率有较大影响,使流量测量值偏高,含水率测量值偏低;液相流量越低,二者测量值误差越大。给出了2口井现场测井实例,为现场测井工程师在生产测井中产气井的测试提供借鉴。为进一步提高油气水三相流条件下的产出剖面测井质量提出了建议。 For the production profile logging of oil-gas-water three-phase flow,the dynamic response experiments of impedance watercut meter in oil-gas-water three-phase flow are carried out in the vertical simulation multiphase flow experiment facility to study the gas effect on flowrate and water-cut measurement.The response characteristics of turbine flowmeter and impedance watercut meter in oil-gas-water three-phase flow are obtained,and the gas effects are quantitatively analyzed.Logging examples data in situ of two wells are analyzed.The analyses can provide reference for field logging engineers of production logging in gas wells.Some suggestions for further improving well logging quality of production profile under the condition of oilgaswater three-phase flow are put forward.
