摘要 为充分利用随钻测井数据资源,开发了随钻测井数据实时采集与远程传转系统。地质、钻井或油藏专家可以应用该系统及时看到随钻测井实时数据,分析判断钻头在储层中的位置,进行地质模型校正,完成地质导向决策工作。用户可对现场各施工作业队随钻测井数据进行远程数据查询、实时曲线显示、历史曲线分析等操作,从而将实时采集、远程传输、远程监控与远程指挥紧密结合,实现1个人在室内监管几十口井,有效提高单井效率,降低人力资源成本,最终形成水平井远程指挥中心。以某页岩气井地质导向为例,验证该套系统方案设计完善、实时性强、稳定性高、兼容性好,完全能够满足多井随钻地质导向的需要。 An important feature of logging while drilling is that it can display real-time measurement data and upload it to the ground.The geological,drilling and oil reservoir experts on the site can see the real-time data of the logging while drilling,analyses and judge the position of drill bit in the reservoir,easily calibrate geological model,complete the geological oriented decision-making work to achieve scientific guidance drilling.Based on drilling data about real time data acquisition and remote transmission system,we realize real time data acquisition,remote reporting.Each user may carry on the remote data inquiry of each field construction work team and make long-distance data inquiry,display real time curve,analyses history curve,so combining the real-time acquisition,remote transmission,remote monitoring and remote command.An expert can superve dozens of wells,so effectively improving the efficiency of single well and reducing the cost of human resources,which eventually forms a horizontal well remote command center.One shale gas well geosteering example proves that the system design scheme is perfect,strong real-time,high stability,and good compatibility,can completely meet the wellsite drilling geosteering need.
