智慧能源多能互补综合能源管理系统研究 被引量:12

摘要 根据我国城市紧凑型集约型发展的特点以及目前我国电力系统的现状,建设多能互补集成优化分布式能源系统,能够有效推动能源清洁生产和就近消纳,提高整个区域能源系统的能源利用率、经济性与稳定性,从而达到节能环保的目的。文中基于高邮市城南经济新区惠民型多能互补综合示范工程,提出区域多能互补分布式能源系统构架,基于所提出的区域多能互补分布式能源循环经济体系的构想,分析讨论能源综合管控中心的综合能源管理调配策略与运行模式,提出综合能源管理系统平台建设方案,对各类区域内各分布式能源系统进行多能互补、优化调度。 According to the characteristics of our city compact intensive development and the current situation of China's electric power system,the construction of multi energy complementary integrated optimization of distributed energy system,can effectively promote clean energy production and improve the NDF,regional energy system energy efficiency,economy and stability,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection. The economic district in the south of Huimin type in Gaoyou city based on integrated demonstration project,and puts forward regional multi energy complementary distributed energy system architecture, the proposed regional multi energy complementary system of circular economy of distributed energy based on the analysis and discussion of integrated energy management control center comprehensive energy allocation strategy and operation mode,put forward a comprehensive energy management program construction platform for all kinds of areas within the distributed energy system optimization scheduling,multi energy complementary.
