摘要
根据某钢铁厂富余煤气量,通过煤气资源平衡、参数比选及机组选型,介绍1×80 MW高温超高压煤气发电机组配置方案。结果表明煤气发电技术有效实现了钢铁厂节能减排,节能效益显著,能够为同类型钢铁厂配置发电机组提供一定的参考价值。
According to a steel plant surplus coal gas resource, this paper introduces the configuration of 1 × 80 MW high temperature and high pressure gas turbine power generation through the gas resource balance,parameter selection and unit selection.The results show that the coal gas power generation technology can realize energy saving and emission reduction effectively for a steel plant,and improve energy efficiency,and remarkable energy saving can be gained. The paper could provide a certain reference value in the allocation of generators for the same type of steel plant.
