摘要
电厂的升级改造过程中,运用提高系统最终给水温度的方式可有效提高机组效率,降低汽轮机热耗。在此基础上,通过对外置式蒸汽冷却器和附加高压加热器联合系统的引入,可进一步改善机组经济性。为此,根据某电厂的具体情况及机组回热系统的技术特点,提出四种可选择的改造方案,并结合工程实际与改造前后的经济性收益,对各个方案的可行性进行逐一理论验证,最终通过比较得出外置式蒸汽冷却器与附加高压加热器串联布置方案的收效最好。
In the process of upgrading and upgrading the power plant,the use of the system to improve the final water supply temperature can effectively improve the efficiency of the unit and reduce the turbine heat consumption. On this basis,through the introduction of external steam cooler and additional high pressure heater system,can further improve the unit economy. To this end,according to the specific situation of a power plant and the technical characteristics of the unit heat recovery system,the article proposed four alternative transformation program. Meanwhile,combined with the actual project and the economic benefits of transformation,the feasibility and safety of the four schemes are verified by one by one. Finally,the parallel arrangement of the external steam cooler and the additional high pressure heater is the best.
