高效集风式隧道风能发电装置设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高现有隧道风能的利用率设计了一种包含两种集风功能的高效集风式风能发电装置。通过对数据的采集和比对总结出一般公路隧道符合发电条件的高度范围并根据数据设计出集风管道和集风箱,集风管道设有最低集(出)风口和最高(集)出风口,负责收集沿隧道壁爬升的活塞风,集风箱设置在实测风速最高处,内部为弧形同时连接集风管道共同发挥集风功能,集风箱内部放置将叶片设置成与竖直方向有一定倾角的改进型外置支架组垂直轴风轮机,利用其能将各个方向的风都转化为对风轮机已有转速起到维持或加强作用的特点,配合集风装置运作,通过使用CFX和WORKBENCH对装置各部分进行流体仿真分析出最适形状对装置进行改进。确认集风式风能发电装置拥有比传统装置更高的集风、发电能力和效率。 Designing an electric generating device which is in the form of efficient windy energy collecting of tunnel which involves two functions for increasing the existing utilization rate of windy energy. By collectioning and comparisoning the rate to summary the range of height which is accord with the condition of electric generating in commonly road tunnel and design the conduit and case which can collect wind according to the rate,the conduit which can collect wind has a lowest mouth which can collect( outflow) wind and a highest one,they are responsible for collecting the piston wind which climbs along the wall of the tunnel,the case is setted up in the position where the wind is measured practically to flow in a maximal speed,it has a sweeping shape and connect with the conduit to function together,a modified vertical axis wind turbine VAWT with a group of blade with some angle from vertical direction which has an external bracket combination is placed inside the case,utilize its characteristic that translate the wind in all directions to maintain or strengthen the speed it s already owned,cooperate with electric generating device,by using CFX and WORKBENCH to conducte fluid dynamics simulation to every section of the device and analyse the most suitable shape for improving. Ensure that electric generating device which is in the form of windy energy collecting has batter abilities in collecting wind、producing electricity and higher efficiency.
