摘要 在深水桥梁承台基础施工中普遍应用各类吊箱围堰施工,利用吊箱侧壁及底板围成一个隔水空间,为承台提供干施工条件。结合澧水二桥主墩14#、15#承台施工成功应用了水下无封底混凝土钢混组合吊箱围堰方案,对无封底钢混组合吊箱围堰结构设计及吊箱的加工、安装、同步下放系统、封堵混凝土等施工关键技术进行了阐述,总结出了一套实用性强、工艺简单、操作便捷、不需配置大型浮吊的深水承台钢混组合吊箱围堰施工技术。 In the construction of deepwater bridge bearing platform foundation,various types of hanging box cofferdam construction are widely used. A water separation space is formed by the use of hanging box side wall and floor,which can provide dry construction conditions for the platform. The program of steel-concrete combined hanging box cofferdam without bottom cover underwater is successfully applied in the construction of No. 14 and No. 15 bearing platforms of the main pier in Lishui Second Bridge. Based on the this,the paper expounds the structure design of steel-concrete combined hanging box cofferdam without bottom cover and the key construction technologies on its processing,installation,simultaneous launching system and blocking concrete. Moreover,the paper summarizes a set of construction technologies suited for steel-concrete combined hanging box cofferdam of deepwater bearing platform,with the characteristics of practical,simple process,convenient operation and without configuring a large floating crane.
