摘要
为消除输变电工程基础泛碱危害,选取样本变电站分析了周围地下水环境和基础混凝土化学成分,结果表明90%以上泛碱产物为硫酸盐。在设计水胶比不同的混凝土基准配合比基础上,掺入0%、5%、10%各三个水平的粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰代替水泥,然后采用正交实验的方法来进行配合比选择,最终选择9种方案试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:一定范围内,粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰的加入,混凝土泛碱不同程度地减小,硅灰对于改善混凝土的抗泛碱性能最为明显。在此基础上,提出了高性能混凝土配合比设计建议并验证了其有效性。
In order to solve the actual hazard of white efflorescence about the foundation of power transmission engineering,chemical composition,groundwater environment and foundation concrete,was analyzed,the result shows more than 90% products for sulfate efflorescence.On the basis of Reference mix ratio of concrete of designing different water binder ratios,Some cement was replaced by mix 0%,5%,10%,three levels of fly ash,mineral powder and silica fume,than the choice of 9 kinds of mixture ratio was made by orthogonal experiment.the results were compared and analyzed,Indicating that within a certain range,fly ash,mineral powder and silica fume added to,concrete efflorescence diffirently decreasing,Silica fume for anti efflorescence improve concrete performance was the most obvious.On this basis,the design of mix proportion of high performance concrete was proposed and its effectiveness was verified.
