Strategic Tasks for Ecological Civilization Construction of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

坚持人与自然和谐共生、建设美丽中国是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的基本方略之一。本文从十九大报告提出的生态文明建设战略任务出发,诠释了新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的特征,结合中国未来发展蓝图,提出了新时代生态文明建设的战略目标,深入分析了新时代建设生态文明和美丽中国的四大战略任务背景和要求。

Adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature and the construction of beautiful China is one of the basic strategies for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Starting from the strategic tasks of the ecological civilization construction mentioned in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this paper interpreted the characteristics of the construction of the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Combining with the future development blueprint of China, the new strategic targets of the ecological civilization construction were proposed and then the four strategic task background and requirements of building the ecological civilization and beautiful China in the new era were deeply analyzed.
