On Investment Environment Index System Construction in Wuhan

为了优化武汉市商务环境,依据一定的指标选取原则,提出了商务环境的概念,并初步构建了商务环境评价框架体系。选取经济基础环境、自然资源环境、社会基础环境、基础设施环境、政府法制环境等5个一级指标及若干二级指标,组成了武汉市商务环境评价指标体系。

To optimize the business environment in Wuhan, the paper puts forth the concept of business environment and constructs a basic framework to evaluate the business environment based on some index selection principle. The framework selects five primary indexes—economic base environment, natural resources environment, social base environment, infrastructure, and legal atmosphere of the government—and several secondary indexes.
