农村经济“互联网+”发展模式探究

党的十九大报告指出,从现在到2020年,是全面建成小康社会的决胜期。全面实现小康社会是伟大"中国梦"的重要组成部分之一,全面小康社会战略目标实现最大困难在于农民收入水平的提高。"互联网+"的国家战略提出将促使互联网在农村经济的发展中发挥更大作用。互联网思维为农村经济发展提供了新思路。合理地利用"互联网+"战略发展农村经济,打造科学的"互联网+农村"的发展新模式,切实提高农民收入,对于全面实现小康社会战略目标,具有十分重要的意义。

The report of 19 th CPC National Congress states that it is the decisive period of building a moderately prosperous society from now to 2020. A moderately prosperous society is an extremely significant component of the great ＂Chinese Dream＂. However, the biggest challenge of accomplishing this goal is how to increase the rural labor force＇s income. The national strategy of ＂Internet Plus＂will help the internet to play a greater role in rural economy.Furthermore, it has provided new ideas for the development of rural economy. It is of great importance in achieving the goal of building a well-off society to apply the＂Internet Plus＂strategy in the rural economy to establish a new development mode of＂Internet Plus Rural Area＂in which farmers＇ income can be increased.
