摘要
网络商品在线信任问题作为电子商务的首个问题,能否妥善予以处置事关电商平台网络建设大计。道理很简单,信用作为商务链条的命脉,关键环节牢靠与否直接左右着电子商务能否稳定、健康及可持续发展,必须加快诚信建设并成为健全社会信用体系毋容置疑的必备条件。本文结合国内电子商务交易现状浅析、电子商务诚信缺失原因探究、落实电子商务诚信问题策略思考三个层面,给予系统分析探讨,旨在为落实国内电商环境网络商品在线信任问题提供有益的帮助。
Whether online trust of goods in the internet, the primary issue of e-commerce, can be properly disposed is an important factor affecting the network construction of the e-commerce platform. Trust, the lifeblood of the business chain, is the key link directly influencing the stable, healthy and sustainable development of e-commerce. So the credit construction should be speeded up so that credit becomes an undeniable necessity for a sound social credit system. The paper studies the current domestic e-commerce business situation, and then analyzes the reasons for the lack of honesty and credit in e-commerce business, and finally puts forth the countermeasures. It is intended to offer some reference to the study of online trust of goods in the e-commerce context.
