摘要
如何对待文化差异和减少文化冲突是当今跨国公司改变跨文化管理现状的首要任务。本文旨在基于霍夫斯泰德文化维度,采用调查问卷方式,分析以埃森哲、阿斯利康为代表的六家英美跨国公司的跨文化管理现状,探寻其跨文化管理中的管理模式,希望为更多的跨国企业提供一定的参考。
The primary task of current transnational corporations is how to deal with cultural discrepancy and reduce cultural conflicts to improve the present cultural management situation. The paper, based on Hofstede's cultural dimension, adopts survey and analysis method to study the cross cultural management in six British or American transnational corporations represented by Accenture and Astra Zeneca. The paper intends to offer references for more transnational corporations by studying the management model in cross cultural situation.
