The technical characteristics and performances of enamel coated tube heat exchanger were introduced. Good results have been achieved in its application in high H 2S (500～1000μg/g) environment in lean-rich liquid heat exchanger in dry gas and liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization unit. The cost of enamel tubes was comparable to that of stainless steel composite tube, but the service life was over 3 years longer.
