摘要
为探究牵引速度和滚筒转速对采煤机滚筒载荷的影响,通过建立采煤机滚筒三向载荷均值与波动系数的数学模型,基于Matlab/GUI软件平台,利用设计的滚筒载荷模拟系统,以国产某型采煤机为例,得出其滚筒载荷均值与波动系数随牵引速度、滚筒转速变化的曲线,发现了载荷均值与波动系数随运动参数变化的规律,分析了运动参数对滚筒载荷的影响,为合理确定采煤机运动参数提供依据.
In order to explore the effect of drum revolution speed and haulage speed on shearer drum loads, by establishing the mathematical model of the mean and fluctuating coefficient of the three-direction loads on drum, using a designed load simulation system based on GUI of Matlab software platform, the load mean and fluctuation coefficient of a shearer drum made in China are concluded in the curve of the change of drum revolution speed and haulage speed. It is found that the average load and fluctuation coefficient change with variation of kinematic parameters, and the effects of two parameters on drum loads are analyzed, which provide a basis for determining reasonably the kinematics parameters of shearer.
