摘要 根据硬币在边缘提取时出现断点、漏点,导致检测结果不准确、速度慢的问题,提出结合Freeman链码的图像差分硬币识别方法。首先,选择市场流通的一角、五角、一元硬币为实验材料,在自然光照环境下,利用CMOS数码相机垂直桌面20 cm拍摄采集硬币图像作为研究材料;然后,将采集到的硬币图像作为模板进行灰度处理、二值化、边缘检测以及Freeman链码处理,将待识别图像进行除Freeman链码外的相同操作;最后,通过标准模板与输出图像间的差分,达到识别同类硬币的效果。实验针对不同面额,同一版本的硬币进行有效性验证。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效识别出同类硬币,并为机器视觉识别多种版本货币信息提供了一种有力方法。 In this paper, a coin recognition method based on Freeman chain code is proposed. Market flow coins are selected as the experimental materials. In the natural light, photos are taken for them using digital camera with a distance of 20 cm above desktop vertically. Gray processing, two value, edge detection and Freeman chain code processing are carried out on coin images as template. The images to be identified are also managed with the top three processes. The difference between the standard template and the output images is to identify the coins. The same versions of the coins with different denominations are tested. The experimental results show that this method can effectively identify the same coin,which provides a powerful method for machine vision recognition of multiple versions of the monetary information.
