摘要
针对化工单元操作中散装填料比表面积、持液量、空隙率等工艺参数与刚度、抗压强度、抗摔强度等机械参数之间的矛盾,依据现代仿生学原理及填料设计相关国家标准,分析提出一种新型散装填料结构,通过CAE分析,结合3D打印制造技术进行实物制造,并实验验证该填料相关性能,从而得出该填料综合性能评价。该填料在保持传质效率同时,具有优良的机械性能,有效提高了使用寿命。
There is a contradiction between the processing properties of packing in chemical unit operations, such as specific surface area, liquid holdup, voidage, and mechanical properties, such as rigidity, compressive strength, anti-drop strength. A new packing structure is deigned based on the modern bionics principle and related national standards using CAE analysis and 3D printer manufacturing technology. Experiments are carried out to evaluate the performance. It is proved that the new random packing has excellent mechanical properties in keeping the mass transfer efficiency at the same time which improves the service life.
