水产品中甲醛残留快速定量检测试纸的研制与应用 被引量:6

摘要 水产品中非法添加的甲醛会给消费者的身体健康带来巨大危害。传统检测方法普遍存在预处理耗时长,需要大型仪器,操作复杂,成本较高等缺点。本研究建立了一种快速,便携,操作简单,成本低廉的定量试纸法用于水产品中甲醛残留检测。经过配方和工艺优化研制的甲醛残留快速定量检测试纸性能优良,最低检测限为9mg/L,稳定性较好,保存期为1年,特异性较好,定量线性较好(R^2=0.9858),与高效液相色谱法检测结果一致,具有良好的应用前景。 Illegal addition of formaldehyde in aquatic products is harmful to the health of consumers.Traditional detection methods have many shortcomings,such as long time consuming,large instruments,complex operation and high cost.In this study,a quantitative test method for determination of methanal in aquatic products was established,which was fast,portable,simple and low cost.The performance of the test strip was very good after the optimization of formulation and process.The limit of detection was 9 mg/L.The stability and specificity were very good.The storage period is 1 year.The linear relationship used to quantify was very good(R^2=0.9858).What's more,this strip method is consistent with the high performance liquid chromatography method,which promises a good prospect of application.
