摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,采用BBD中心组合试验设计,利用Design-Expert软件建立数学模型,确定微藻油微胶囊化的最佳包埋条件:壁材质量分数6.18%,SPI/KGM-1比值1.93,壁材/芯材比值4.37。在此条件下包埋率为71.03%。扫描电镜和热重分析表明:藻油微胶囊化后形成新的形态,在一定程度上可保持藻油的稳定性。对微藻油进行微胶囊化,为海洋微藻的应用提供研究基础。
On the basis of single factor experiments, using a central composite experimental design BBD and Design-Expert software, a mathematical model was made to determine the microencapsulated algal oil optimum conditions.Results showed the optimal conditions of wall material concentration of 6.18%, SPI/KGM-1 of 1.93, wall material/core material of 4.37, achieving embedding rate of 71.03%. The information of microencapsulated algal oil was verified, and microencapsulated algal oilcould maintain the stability of algal oilby FESEM and TG. In addition,the preparation of microencapsulated algal oil was studied, which laying a foundation for the application of certain research of marine microalgae.
