信任视角下电子废弃物回收行为模型研究——基于物流服务质量的中介效应

Research on the E-waste recycling behavior model under trust perspective——based on logistics service quality Intermediary effect

针对我国WEEE回收率不高的现实,本文基于信任视角,研究了个人信任和制度信任对WEEE回收意愿的作用机理,以及物流服务质量在由回收意愿转变为回收行为过程中的推动作用,在此基础上构建了我国WEEE回收意愿与行为的理论模型,为今后研究如何提升我国WEEE回收率打下理论基础。

Considering the reality that WEEE recovery rate is not high, the article studies the mechanism of personal trust and system trust to will of WEEE recycling, and explores the role of logistics service quality in the process of recycling willing converted into recycle behavior. At last, a theory model of WEEE recycling willing and behavior based on the perspective of trust is built in China, which lays a theoretical basis for future research on how to improve recovery rate of WEEE in China.
