江苏省土地流转研究综述

A Summary of Land Circulation of Jiangsu Province

伴随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市经济与农村经济之间出现了发展不平衡的情况,农村经济的发展要落后于城市经济的发展。土地流转便是农村经济发展过程中重要的一环。然而,伴随着土地流转现象的不断增多,各种各样的问题也不断涌现。诸多学者因此对土地流转展开了研究,形成了相应的研究成果。本文以江苏省为例,从农民就业、农业现代化、权益保障、土地承包经营权流转、土地规模经营等角度,对土地流转的研究成果进行梳理,形成综述,以期为土地流转的进一步研究有所帮助。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy,the development of urban economy and rural economy is unbalanced.The development of rural economy lags behind that of urban economy.Land circulation is an important part of rural economic development.However,along with the phenomenon of land circulation increasing,a variety of problems are emerging.Therefore,many scholars have carried on the research on the land circulation,and formed the corresponding research results.This paper taking Jiangsu Province as an example,summarize the research results of land circulation from the perspective of peasant employment,agricultural modernization,rights and interests protection,circulation of land contract management right and scale of land management,and expected to be helpful for the further study of land circulation.
