体重指数对老年女性膝关节炎患者临床疗效的影响

Effect of Body Mass Index on the Clinical Efficacy of Elderly Women with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨体重指数(BMI)对老年女性膝关节炎患者疗效的影响。方法:选取72例老年女性膝关节炎患者,按BMI水平分为体重指数偏低组、体重指数正常组、超重组和肥胖组。对入组患者给予玻璃酸钠腔内注射和口服氨基葡萄糖联合治疗,通过WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分、Lyshlom膝关节评分,观察综合治疗1年后各组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后患者的临床症状均得到改善,但组间比较发现体重指数正常组较肥胖组更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于不同BMI水平的老年女性膝关节炎患者,临床疗效存在差异,对于肥胖患者应同时鼓励减重治疗。

Objective：To investigate the effect of body mass index（BMI）in elderly female patients with knee os-teoarthritis curative effect.Methods：72 cases of elderly female patients with knee osteoarthritis,according to the BMIlevel were divided into low body mass index BMI group,normal group,overweight group and obesity group.Patientswere given sodium hyaluronate injection and oral amino glucose combined treatment.The WOMAC Osteoarthritis Indexscore,Lyshlom knee score,were observed after 1 year of treatment.Results：After treatment the clinical symptoms ofthe patients were improved.The weight index of normal group was significantly higher than that of obese group（P0.05）.Conclusion：There were differences in the clinical efficacy of different levels of BMI in elderly women with kneeosteoarthritis
