糖尿病痛性神经病变的治疗新进展

Advances in the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy

目的:糖尿病痛性神经病变引起的神经痛让患者备受煎熬,有效缓解患者神经痛、改善患者生活质量,越来越受到医学界关注。如何选择多种治疗神经痛药物,成为临床医生面临的问题。方法:本文概括了糖尿病痛性神经病变的可能发生机制及治疗药物,结合2017年美国糖尿病协会(ADA)糖尿病医学诊疗标准与糖尿病神经病变立场声明,归纳了糖尿病痛性神经病变的治疗进展。结果:纳入了糖尿病痛性神经病变的多种药物治疗相关研究结果。结论:随着越来越多关于糖尿病痛性神经病变药物的临床研究开展及指南的不断更新,人们对糖尿病痛性神经病变治疗的认识越来越多。

Objective： Patients are suffering from the pain of diabetic neuropathy. How to alleviate patient＇s neuralgia effectively and improve their quality of life is a problem for clinicians. Methods： This article summarized the possible mechanisms and drug treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy（PDN）, combined with the standards of medical care in diabetes and diabetic neuropathy： a position statement by the American Diabetes Association（ADA） in 2017, and summarized the progress in treatment of PDN. Results： The results of research of various drug treatments for PDN were included. Conclusion： With studies of drugs for PDN being carried out and updated, the awareness of treatment of PDN is growing.
