摘要
铝是酸性土壤中植物生长和作物产量的主要限制因素,由有机酸通道蛋白基因介导的有机酸分泌被认为是植物抗铝的一种重要机制。近年来,国内外研究者们在不同植物中克隆获得了多种有机酸通道蛋白基因。本研究结合查阅的国内外研究成果,从有机酸通道蛋白基因的克隆及其表达调控的角度进行了综述,并对今后的研究热点问题进行了展望。
Aluminum(Al) is a major limiting factor for plant growth and crop production in acid soils. The organic acid(OA) transporter gene mediated OAs secretion has been considered as an important mechanism for plant resistance to aluminum. Recently, a variety of organic acid transporter genes have been identified and cloned from different plant species. In this review, the recent progresses in cloning and expression regulation of OA transporter genes and suggestions for future research were discussed.
