摘要
目的:调研喀什地区院前急救建设和运行关键数据,了解该地区院前急救医疗现况。方法:2016年4-6月,通过制定标准调查问卷,统一下发调研喀什地区主要医疗机构院前急救资源配置、急救中心建设与运行、院前急救装备等情况,分析地区院前急救建设与发展水平及存在问题。结果:喀什地区14家医疗单位完成调研,大部分区县建立独立的120急救中心,开展院前急救服务;全区院前急救装备不足,院前急救专业队伍发展不足,学科建设情况堪忧。结论:喀什地区院前急救事业刚起步,亟需加大投入,进行科学化、规范化建设。
Objective：To investigate the status of pre-hospital care in Kashi prefecture. Methods：The investigation was applied through the establishment of standard questionnaire including pre hospital emergency resources,emergency center construction and operation and pre hospital emergency equipment in Kashi Prefecture from April to June,in 2016. Results：14 medical units in Kashi completed the investigation,most districts and counties have established independent 120 emergency centers to carry out pre-hospital emergency services. However,the regional pre-hospital emergency equipment and human resources are inadequate. The discipline construction needs more consideration. Conclusion：The pre-hospital emergency care in Kashi Prefecture has just been developing,so it is urgent to increase investment and carry out scientific and standardized construction.
