美托洛尔对糖尿病合并甲亢患者的临床疗效 被引量:4

The Clinical Effect of Metoprolol on Diabetic Patients with Hyperthyroidism

摘要 目的:探究美托洛尔对糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年5月至2017年5月收治的糖尿病合并甲亢患者45例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组23例,对照组22例。对照组患者给予常规的降糖药进行降血糖治疗,并联用甲巯咪唑改善甲亢症状;实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上,加服美托洛尔。两组患者的治疗过程均持续1个月。对比两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖值和2 h餐后血糖值,并对两组患者甲亢进行总有效率评价。结果:实验组患者的空腹血糖值及2 h餐后血糖值均有明显改善(P<0.05)。实验组的总有效率显著高于对照组(86.96%vs 68.18%,P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔显著改善糖尿病合并甲亢患者的空腹血糖值及2h餐后血糖值,且能改善甲亢的临床症状,提高治疗有效率。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of metoprolol in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism. Methods:45 patients suffered diabetes with hyperthyroidism from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into experimental group with 23 cases and control group with 22 cases. Patients in the control group were given conventional hypoglycemic agents for hypoglycemic treatment,combined with methimazole to improve the symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Patients in the experimental group were treated on the basis of conventional treatment,plus oral metoprolol. The two groups of patients were treated for 1 month.The fasting blood glucose level and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the total effective rate of hyperthyroidism was evaluated. Results:The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were significantly improved in the experimental group than those of control group(P0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(86.96% vs 68.18%,P0.05). Conclusion:Metoprolol can improve the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in diabetic patients with hyperthyroidism,and can improve the clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism and improve the treatment efficiency.
