摘要 目的:分析广东省2016年急诊医疗服务与质量安全情况。方法:通过对全省共224家二级、三级医院进行急诊医疗质量数据调查,并分析2016年全省医疗质量情况。结果:所有数据共入选75家医院,其中委属委管医院共6家,三级医院共29家,二级医院共40家。填报数据完整度超过90%。广东省各级医院年接诊患者明显超过全国各级医院。医患、医护比、监护床位比均低于全国水平。来诊患者以非急诊患者为主,占用急诊资源。急性心肌梗死患者来急诊行心电图时间、给予抗血小板时间均较及时。心脏骤停患者自主循环恢复率明显高于全国水平。各级医院患者单次就诊总费用、检查费、药费均低于全国水平。结论:全省急诊医疗服务质量相对较好,存在可提升空间,如加强心肺复苏质量、进一步畅通绿色通道,完善急诊信息化大数据联网等。 Objective:To analyze the emergency medical service and quality safety of Guangdong in 2016. Methods:224 hospitals including tertiary and secondary hospital were investigated about the data of medical service and quality safety. Results:75 hospital were include in the study. There were 6 deployed hospitals,29 tertiary hospitasl and 40 secondary hospitals. Filling in data was over 90%. Annual number of patients in Guangdong exceeded that of national level. Doctor patient ratio,nurse patient ratio and intensive care bed were lower than those of national level. Non emergency patients are the main patients who occupied emergency resources. Electrocardiogram and antiplatelet therapy were performed timely. The rate of restoration of spontaneous circulation was higher than that of national level in cardiac arrest patients. The total expenses of a visit,expenses fees and expenses for medicine were lower than the national level. Conclusion:The quality of emergency medical service of the whole province is relatively good. However,there are still more rooms for different levels of hospitals to improve the medical service such as increase the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,further smoothing the green channel,improving the emergency data networking.
